The Summer Fun set of Happy Meal™ toys was released by McDonald's™ Australia in early 1995.
It consists of the McD characters' beach toys each measuring approximately 12cm:

Grimace's purple sand rake
Birdie's pink starfish-shaped sand mould
Ronald's red bucket and yellow spade.
