The Rise of the Guardians set of Happy MealŪ toys was released by McDonald's Australia to promote the new movie.
The characters are made from hard plastic and each one has its own special action:

North's Globe - central scene spins around.
Tooth's Keepsake - the box opens to reveal a flip game.
Elf - bouncing on the feet changes the face.
Tooth - a windup toy with spinner.
Jack Frost - body swivels to launch his ice crystal discs.
Jack's Keepsake box - the box contains a jigsaw puzzle.
Sandy - a magnetic swivelling toy.
Bunny - waves his boomerang.

Give-away cards were available in some stores.
When the black hexagonal panel is rubbed, a picture of one of the characters is revealed.
