The Madagascar 3 set of Happy Meal® toy premiums was released by McDonald's Australia to promote the new movie.
The characters are made from hard plastic and each one has its own special action:

Gia - performs somersaults over the bar.
Gloria - performs pirouettes when pushed along.
Melman - slides along a tightrope.
The Circus Dog - a pull and go toy.
Alex - pressing the base makes him bow.
The Penguins - bob up and down when pushed along.
Vitaly - push a button on his back to twirl the hula hoop.
King Julien & Sonya - a pull and go toy, Sonya dances.
Stefano - shoots out of a canon.
Marty - shoots out of a canon.

Some stores handed out free cardboard cut-out cards which made up finger puppets.
