Once or twice a year, McDonald's Australia issue "filler toys" in between special promotions or to be kept on hand in the event of a store running out of the current week's promotional toy.

During 2004  Book of Pooh toys were made available as filler toys including:

Eeyore - memo pad,
Piglet - backpack clip,
Pooh - backpack clip/zipper purse,
Tigger - carry bag.
